Overall a good experience - the cost and willingness to transport from Arvada was great. Wasted 12 hours of my time between two locations, told me we were all approved and good to go, had me add the car to my insurance, paid to add it, then told me never-mind they still need to talk to the lende we were all approved and good to go, had me add the car to my insurance, paid to add it, then told me never-mind they still need to talk to the lender tomorrow… even though the lender approved me. Although the sales guy was great the whole process showed me why I don’t know anyone who has ever had a good experience at carmax. Absolutely won’t even try to buy a car from them again. More
