The whole car buying experience was by far the best we've ever had! The salesperson (Madison Cordeiro) was so laid back and not pushy. Dealership was under construction, but has potential to be very nice. John was great. Easy process. Negative is the car was not clean/detailed. Also, there was a problem with the title so I had to wait almost two weeks to drive. Repair center is great, fast, easy and friendly. Overall-love the car, dealership was good, understand problem with title, but not happy about cleanliness of vehicle, you always want it to shine and I didn’t get that. More

Overall, the experience was a good one. There are a couple of things that could have been better. 1) We bought a plug-in hybrid and when we picked up the car, the gas tank was full, but the There are a couple of things that could have been better. 1) We bought a plug-in hybrid and when we picked up the car, the gas tank was full, but the battery was "empty." Recommend charging the plug-in hybrid battery as well as filling th4e gas tank. 2) We found wheel covers in the back of the car, but we don't know if we should put them on or if they were removed because of different wheel covers. We do not even know if they will fit on the wheels as they are currently configured. More
