The sales process was smooth but when I had a mechanical issue with the car after the sale the service department couldn't get the vehicle in sooner then two weeks (well after the return period would have e issue with the car after the sale the service department couldn't get the vehicle in sooner then two weeks (well after the return period would have expired). I called our salesperson but he said he couldn't do anything and the service department was understaffed. Only when I brought the vehicle back to return it did the sales manager offer to have a mechanic look at the issue. However, by then I had lost my trust in CarMax and I went ahead and returned the vehicle. More
