The process wasn't as smooth as prior purchases (this is our 9th CarMax car over a ~26 year period in a 5 driver household) due to issues with other dealerships (I was having a car transferred). Dealership was under construction, but has potential to be very nice. John was great. Easy process. Negative is the car was not clean/detailed. Also, there was a problem with the title so I had to wait almost two weeks to drive. Repair center is great, fast, easy and friendly. Overall-love the car, dealership was good, understand problem with title, but not happy about cleanliness of vehicle, you always want it to shine and I didn’t get that. More
