I set up an appointment, was called by the manager to confirm the appointment and told me I can sign up for the express car pick up and he told me I was going to receive a phone call from one of the sale confirm the appointment and told me I can sign up for the express car pick up and he told me I was going to receive a phone call from one of the sales people and never got a phone call from them. 5 hours later, I got a text message from the sales person asking for my information so they can run the numbers just for them to change their mind within the texting to wait til I’m in person to run the numbers. The express pick up was supposed to help save me time, ended up spending 2 and a half hours there. I was recommended here but I wouldn’t recommend this dealership, maybe a different CarMax More
