Overall, the experience was a good one. Recommend charging the plug-in hybrid battery as well as filling th4e gas tank. 2) We found wheel covers in the back of the car, but we don't know if we should put them on or if they were removed because of different wheel covers. We do not even know if they will fit on the wheels as they are currently configured. More

The only reason why I am giving this experience 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took forever to get the title situation squared away. 6 weeks to wait for a clean title. I will say, however, that once that mess was handled, the entire process of actually purchasing the vehicle was swift, clean and pretty painless. Way easier than going to a stealership to be sure. The numbers were all very transparent and up front. Overall, I can honestly say that I quite enjoyed the experience; they made it very easy. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if ever I purchase another vehicle. More
