I bought my car on 8 October once I bought the car the car was amazing. The process was very smooth. Sean is amazing. That’s who I work with. I had realized once I got home. It was a nail in the tire so I called back up there and they scheduled me to come in for service so they did that and once my date was coming up for me to actually do my appointment it said about getting one tire change like it was originally need to. They changed all four which was amazing and I appreciate them for that because I don’t have to worry about any more tires for another year now maybe two years now I don’t have to worry about no tires right now at all cause I got four brand new tires. Carmax is very amazing. The people are very friendly. They always speaking and smiling and they’re very knowledgeable about their cars. I would definitely be returning to buy another car once I’m done paying my new card that I received I really appreciation and Carmax with the doing their best to make sure that I leave out of there with the car. I really appreciate them and if you guys are looking for a car, make sure you guys go to Sean or his partner Bruce them two are amazing. More
