The car arrived in Hartford and was inspected, but there was an unexpected delay from Saturday to Wednesday, during which time I received no communication. When I called the national number, they tried to transfer me to the Hartford store, but the people at the Hartford store wouldn't take the call. I called the national number a second time and talked to an extremely rude person, who told me that the reason for the delay was that they have thousands of customers and that I'm not the only person they are helping. That was not only rude, it was ridiculous. I almost cancelled the appointment to test drive the car, even after paying for shipping and waiting more than a week, but Roksolana was great and made up for it by being so kind. More
