I've had a couple of bad experiences with CarMax in different states. I've found them hard to deal with in the past. CarMax in Tampa was different. They DID work with me and we got the deal done. This is the fourth car we have bought from CarMax over the years (at multiple locations and states). The Tampa location was friendly and considerate.
