We had the van we wanted shipped from Alabama to Tampa. They claimed to have done their hundred plus point inspection and missed dirty interior as well as no cold. They originally had the car for three days to review everything and gave it a clean bill of health. When we went to look at it we found the issues and then they had it for another five days and fixed some of the issues, but not all. They also provided inconsistent appointments. Verbally saying the appointment is scheduled for one day and then sending me a text for an appointment that's scheduled two days earlier than what was verbally communicated. This was our 5th vehicle purchased from here, but also may be our last. More

I've had a couple of bad experiences with CarMax in different states. I've found them hard to deal with in the past. CarMax in Tampa was different. They DID work with me and we got the deal done.
