The only blemish was the charger that came with the car. It was a different brand than the stock one and didn’t work, which really shouldn’t have passed quality control. The warranty didn’t cover it, but the parts and service team were upfront and explained that replacing it out of pocket would actually be cheaper, which I appreciated. Even with that issue, Eric and the Duarte team provided a level of professionalism that’s hard to find. I’d still recommend them. More
