Each of them went above and beyond helping to coordinate the detailing appointment. They were friendly, professional and in constant communication with me to keep me updated. I was provided a loaner car while the work was being done and even when an unforeseen issue came up with the work, it was immediately handled. I felt like I was valued as a customer and the after sales support knocked this car shopping experience off the charts exceptional! I highly recommend CarMax. We had a challenge with having a car sent from another location because it arrived missing the title. Zero communication was provided from the Kearny Mesas dealership. I was a little worried when I walked in because it was pretty busy. But my appointment was right on time and everything took less than two hours.
