Customer service is above average. Service department seems under staffed, overwhelmed, or both. I called several times to check my car. Was placed on hold and the call dropped at least three times and was forwarded to voicemail multiple times. Additionally, my car had a massive oil leak that was caused by an oil change conducted before buying the car. The leak was not reported/noticed when the car was sold which caused me to return the car for service only after having the car for 48 hours. Very disappointing and unfortunate but everyone had good attitudes when I was there in person. This is why my rating is great and not excellent. More
