The way to check in was long and sometimes only had one person. I could never understand why just one when there was a line when I got the car and given the key, no one explained to me many of the features person. I had to go back to figure them out and felt I was interrupting a sales person although he was willing and helpful, but only responded to the questions I asked. To begin with it was a newer model, and I didn’t know how to put it in gear and even leave. It was just waiting for me. There’s still many things that I don’t know how to do even with using the manual, but it would be nice to know that there would be someone I would feel comfortable with to explain the features. I still don’t know how to use CarPlay and keep getting interrupted with their wanting me to take subscriptions. My individual sales man was very good though, although none of this seemed to be in his job description. More

Went in to purchase a vehicle on Saturday, DO NOT recommend working with Ashley, she was awful to deal with and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing almost like it was her first day but her n recommend working with Ashley, she was awful to deal with and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing almost like it was her first day but her name tag said she’s been there since 2021. She entered incorrect information on the credit app and duplicated incomes, she clicked through all the paperwork super fast and we actually had to tell her to go back because she wasn’t going to offer gap. We got there at 5pm and did not get out until 8. Getting our hopes up of being approved for a vehicle then when submitting the credit app our down payment MORE THAN QUADRUPLE!! Mind you when we decided not to get the MAXCARE she got a nasty attitude and seemed offended. I’ve bought a car here previously and even recommended my cousin to purchase here, I will only work with JOE he gets 5 STARS he truly goes above and beyond, when working with him I was in and out within a couple hours he didn’t make any mistakes and always kept me in the loop. JOE IS AMAZING TO WORK WITH HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
