The start was a little rocky. Slow communication via email/text. I was new to the car buying process. Great guy, very personable. The only issue I would bring up is my vehicle could have used better vacuuming job. When I flipped the third row, it was obvious there was no vacuuming done; there was a lot of dog hair. There was also a lot of dog hair under the middle row. They were able to vacuum under the third row (that is what they said anyway) when I took it in to fix a middle seat lever under the 30 warranty. I had to vacuum under the middle row as I was unaware at the time and don’t want to return just for the vacuuming/ More
