The price was a bargain $24,000 with only 47,000 mileage. My Carmax associate was Anthony and kudos to him for working with me. He was professional, he stayed in contact and kept me updated about the cars I like. . I felt the freedom to go to other dealerships but none like Carmax of Escondido. I finally came back with them and made my purchase. I am pleased to say this has been the best car buying experience I’ve had. Thank you Carmax. More

The agents had trouble figuring out how to use the "system". The woman who helped us had ridiculously long finger nails which made it hard for her to type and she was confused about how to manage a c "system". The other agent who helped her was less than friendly giving very terse and slightly insulting answers to my questions. The woman who handled the final paper documents was obviously anxious to leave and go home. Admittedly we arrived at 8:30pm so it was the end of a long day for everyone. More
