Unfortunately, none of what the associate told me was accurate and actually went against the company’s own policies. The highlight of my visit was meeting Benjamin. He was a new sales representative and took me step‑by‑step through the entire process, making me feel secure and confident in my purchase. It ended up being the perfect experience — it was his first sale and my first car, which made it even more special. However, when I started the car after signing all the papers pick up, link the rearview mirror fell off, and I had several other issues. I had to wait two hours for them to get me a loaner vehicle because service was closed and the car has now been in service for 14 days. I have still yet to receive my vehicle. Ethic about communicating daily, but it’s strictly frustrating that I’m gonna make a car payment for the first time for this vehicle before I even get the car. More
