The salesman was great. I drove down from Austin after I’m looking for this car at three different CarMax dealerships. However, when I started the car after signing all the papers pick up, link the rearview mirror fell off, and I had several other issues. I had to wait two hours for them to get me a loaner vehicle because service was closed and the car has now been in service for 14 days. I have still yet to receive my vehicle. Ethic about communicating daily, but it’s strictly frustrating that I’m gonna make a car payment for the first time for this vehicle before I even get the car. More

This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I bought the car a month ago and it has been in their service department getting fixed longer than I have had it. They false advertised features on the truck that are not there. They gave me a loaner car with less than a quarter of a tank then told me I was responsible for bringing it back with a full tank 😆. Everytime I call for an update they send me to voicemail. This has been overall horrendous. They dont even deserve one star but I guess it won't let you give them zero stars. Will never buy a vehicle from here or recommend this place to anyone ever again. More
