I love car, but the service has been a bit of a let down. There's a few paint chips missing on both sides of the car. Salesman said he will put in an order for that to get touched up and "was no big deal, There's a few paint chips missing on both sides of the car. He said give it a week or two to make sure there's nothing else that needs to be looked at b/c I had 90 days. Turns out the brakes were bad and I didn't catch it and they started squealing the day after the sale! I called and was sent to Goodyear to fix the breaks and was going to get a call about the paint. They only did the front so now it drives fine but the rear breaks are still squealing (really?). No mention of the paint repair either. Was told I'd get a call back by the "end of the day" days ago. I'll be taking that 90 day warrant seriously and want what was promised. Going to call 1 last time tomorrow and then going to have to do the whole annoying get me your manager thing. More

Carmax was great for buying a car, but the service department is horrible! Had to constantly call and hunt down people for answers just to be told lies and excuses. Was moved to higher up and even the department is horrible! Had to constantly call and hunt down people for answers just to be told lies and excuses. Was moved to higher up and even then had to call repeatedly and hunt for answers. When I finally got my car back we were furious to find that after having my car for more than 2 weeks they didn’t fix the main issue we had. So, now we have to wait again just to take back when parts are in. Greatly considering getting rid of the Maxcare because this was horrendous! More
