Camera was great but then it was handed to the service department and they failed. Lost one the keys to my car that I was purchasing. Then they said they would order me a new key and they didn't. I called department and they failed. Lost one the keys to my car that I was purchasing. Then they said they would order me a new key and they didn't. I called after three weeks and they said they needed a picture of the front and back of the key. Which I don't understand why they didn't take a picture of it when I bought the car. I talked Brianna in the service department, I asked her to email me so I could send the pictures. It's been a week and nothing. Just bad customer service. You guys were great when taking my money but you guys don't follow up when the there is a issue. More
Professional and friendly service, quick and painless overall. Even days later, I went in because of a light on the dash, only to find out it was air in a tire that was needed, which a young lady check overall. I also sent off for the car manual and one of the staff promised to repay me for the manual if l went in with the receipt. !!! Couldn't ask for fairer than that!! I know if l have a problem l can go back to them and I am confident that it will be taken care of. I am almost 70 and l felt very secure with CarMax staff. they really took good care of me. More

I found a car and had it brought to my local dealer. I went in and drove the car. Did the paper work and drove off. It was so easy.
