She was knowledgeable, professional and didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in and was very pleasant with the upgrades in maintenanc . My only negative would be the length of time for the grounds crew to evaluate my well kept 2020 Rav 4 used as a trade in - even when I had filled in the Trade In Quote sheet requested And finance took forever because a new hire took in the paperwork and somehow lost it when actually entering it into the system - So everything had to be re-done . Fortunately the assigned Sales Rep stuck with me and sincerely apologized for the mishap. - Nice that CarMax also gives it's customers a full tank of fuel before driving off with their newly acquired purchase More
