Pierre Heroldson single-handedly saved my opinion of the CarMax buying experience. The call center was difficult to work with—not because of any unprofessional behavior, but because they gave the impression CarMax buying experience. The call center was difficult to work with—not because of any unprofessional behavior, but because they gave the impression they were based at the Fresno office, even though their answers didn't always make sense. It wasn’t until I visited the store and spoke with Pierre Heroldson in person that things became clear. I realized the call center couldn't answer my delivery question because they weren't familiar with the county or local drive times. After that, I requested to speak directly with someone at the Fresno location. Pierre Heroldson was extremely patient and supportive throughout the process. The woman who handled the purchase and paperwork was also efficient and helpful. Additionally, I had a blemish issue that George (I believe that was his name) at the service desk promptly resolved.
