We were doing some preliminary looking around for a replacement for our 2011 Honda Pilot (410,000+ miles). I had seen many nice looking vehicles with Carmax badges through the year, so I figured that w replacement for our 2011 Honda Pilot (410,000+ miles). I had seen many nice looking vehicles with Carmax badges through the year, so I figured that would be a good place to start. I've had great success buying former rental cars because they've had good maintenance records. We were warmly greeted by an older gentleman who introduced us to a nice young lady who had recently begun working there (she was his daughter!). We had been thinking about a CR-V, but I had recently seen a HR-V on my drive home one evening. I thought that might fit our needs better. To make an already long story short, we ended up buying ia 2023 HR-V that same evening. We absolutely love this car! I especially like how all the Carmax employees cared for us and made this possible for us-no hassle, no high pressure, just simple courtesy and honesty. I will be buying another vehicle in the next year, and Carmax will be my first (and only) stop. And you can count on me recommending Carmax to anyone looking for a vehicle! More
