Had the pleasure of working with Paul McGinty at our local CarMax. Paul was very great to work with and absolutely zero pressure. He helped my wife and I decide between two vehicles we were deciding. We also worked with Piper who was equally as laid back and attentive to our needs. The business office was also great to work with as they granted us extra time to make our decision between the two vehicles and also to swap our financing to our local bank. There are a small few cosmetic concerns we noticed and CarMax has set us up with a time to bring the vehicle in to have their service department fix. All in all, a very laid back, no pressure, pleasurable car buying experience. More

Well, I’ve already written a review for CARMAX, but I’ll say again that it was above and beyond what I expected. Representatives is on the phone helped me at every turn and the WICHITA CARMAX people were ab say again that it was above and beyond what I expected. It was really excellent being able to get people on the phone very quickly. I mostly take Mass transportation everywhere so the steps of buying a car were new to me and all CARMAX reps were very patient. Terrific company. More

My car runs great. I love it but when I bought it I wasn’t aware that a smoker had previously owned it. I’ve tried everything but the tobacco smells keeps coming back. More
