The initial process of selecting a car was easy…the problem was in the fact that there was no spare tire and only one key fob. This was not shared until AFTER signing at which point I was GHOSTED! No communication except “the car is an ‘as is’ purchase”! An additional $1,000 for me to incur at the Acura dealer! So no, I will not refer CarMax, although this is the 2nd car I purchased from a CarMax dealership. This was a dishonest interaction !!!!! More
