It was impersonal when I requested an owners manual they lied twice they were sending I never received it my car was delivered with no paperwork but purchase contract I called the day after purchase to advi lied twice they were sending I never received it my car was delivered with no paperwork but purchase contract I called the day after purchase to advise person did not add or discuss gap and I wanted it I was told the business manager would call me back never a call back I end up calling the next week was told to bring the car back to do a new contract but then I was hit by 2 vehicles so it was too late. They were not helpful I’ve since went to a different dealership and you can see and feel the difference that you are appreciated and they even call to check on the purchase days later which Carmax doesn’t do you actually speak to people over the phone first several different people More
