I the day to sign and pick up my vehicle, i was surprised with a $2045.00 fee that was unaccounted for by your dealership. It was a Saturday which meant my bank was closed. They advised either i pay up fro with a $2045.00 fee that was unaccounted for by your dealership. It was a Saturday which meant my bank was closed. They advised either i pay up front the surprise fee or have my bank re draft the form they submitted the day before. Since my bank was closed and the vehicle was a surprise mother's day gift for my wife, I had no choice but to pay the fee on the spot. I was offered a coffee gift card for the inconvenience. I went with CARMAX to avoid the shenanigans of the used car dealership(s) that you read about. But in the end, i got the vehicle and my wife was very happy with her surprise. One recommendation apart from removing surprise fees, if a customer pays to have the vehicle brought to the location of choice, that fee should be added to the bill of sale. More

This being the second time I purchased a vehicle, I expected a similar level of customer care and attentiveness. What I ended up with was an underwhelming and disappointing experience. The test drive was rushed, questions about the car were met with shrugs and rude responses, warranty information was hesitantly provided, assurances on the car’s condition upon purchase were completely ignored. Being 90 percent of the way through the purchase, I just decided to power through and finish the ordeal. More
