Making an appointment will make your life much easier than walking in. The process was super easy, we shipped a car from another state. The vehicle was still dirty by the time we got there to test drive, than walking in. The process was super easy, we shipped a car from another state. The vehicle was still dirty by the time we got there to test drive, paper straw wrappers in between seats, medical masks tucked in the third row etc…also had to go back in to resign paperwork that was not done properly the first time (spent more time driving to carmax then being there).
