I was very disappointed in the shipment time for the two cars I had ordered. The first one took nearly two weeks to arrive from Salt Lake. If Shae hadn't called and apologized for the store, I would not have looked at ordering the second one. And from Portland it took nearly 2 weeks, and then found out when they told me it was shipped, it never was. Shae finally got the vehicle here, and I purchased it...thanks to him and his help alone.Your format, with not having salespeople financially interested in make things work, just was not helpful. When I asked questions about where the cars were, no one knew...or even cared to find out, which I think was part of why I was not able to get the cars on time. Shae was your only positive in the process even though to begin with others made attempts to get me a car. More
