Sales experience was good. Rest all was bad. Carmax failed to refund my money on time. And its not small amount, it around 24K+ dollars. Cheque bounce which threw my person Rest all was bad. They canceled the cheque and did not inform me. Even though I dropped the cheque 1 week later, still no one informed me that CarMax will cancel the cheque. After complain also they could not tell me why my intitail cheque was bounced/withdraw/cancelled. Feels like fraud. Due to this, I lost access to my salary and now I need to find a way to pay rent/Card payment due on 1st March. Very poor support. Note this is my money they could not return to me on time. More
