Fourth vehicle I've bought from the Fairfield store and the first time trading in. The Toyota Tacoma I bought was advertised as a TRD Off Road but it was actually a TRD Sport which is about 2k cheaper. Aft the first time trading in. After explaining it to the salesman he confirmed with manager and lowered the price by 2k. Missing the owners manual and only 1 key so they said they will pay 250 dollars for a key that costs 330 dollars and they would reimburse me for the manual also. Going to send copies of the receipt next week for reimbursement. Carmax has been good to me and I like the service and the experience is better as a former Carmax customer More
