They really follow up on any repairs needed. I bought a used mustang and discovered the satellite radio had a defective antenna. The antenna was replaced at no cost under their warranty. They do make things somewhat easier that other dealerships. My first experience buying from them (2017) was great. My second experience (2026) was less stellar. Car I bought had several issues that should have been assessed during the 125+ point inspection they brag about and when I asked to see the inspection report, I was told it was proprietary. They took the car in no problems to fix the problems, but just felt like they didn’t trust me or I shouldn’t trust them - either option is bad. I ended up returning the car within the 10 days, but am still waiting for my refund check 8 days later. Return process was pretty simple. More
