I believe that self-awareness is one of the reasons they're both so effective at what they do. Myles has a calm, reassuring approach that immediately put me at ease. During my consultation, he listened carefully to what I was looking for and, within about 15 minutes, helped me narrow down the right vehicle. He took the time to explain not only the car I ultimately purchased, but also several comparable options based on my needs, which made me feel confident that I was making an informed decision rather than being pressured into a sale. Steven brings a different energy to the experience. He's enthusiastic, engaging, and genuinely seems to enjoy helping people. His positive attitude made the entire purchasing process enjoyable, and it was clear that he cared about making sure I had a great experience from start to finish. Together, they made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my purchase and appreciative of the professionalism, knowledge, and care they both showed. The process was made smooth and easy. Steven McCann walked us through the CarMax process and made our assessment and test drive of the desired vehicle smooth. The facility was very clean and pleasant to be in. The only issue we had was with follow-up phone contact to the dealership. The CarMax process sends your calls to a clearing center where you have to go through all the details with a "sales rep" before you get transferred to the local agent - 4 times. Very cumbersome, and needless - but that is on CarMax and not the Mobile location. More

Very unorganized. Had to sign paperwork more than once because the manager didn’t know what he was doing. Salesman was nice and apologetic. Daughter bought a car from this location and also sold her old car. She was happy with the experience so when I saw they had a car I might want at a price I thought was fair I bought a car too. The only less than thrilled experience was that the car wasn't at the dealers location for another week and a half from the time secured by a fee. I don't blame the management of this dealership for this. More

This was our second purchase from CarMax and both experiences were great. First bought a 2018 Ford F150 and this time a 2019 Honda Civic. Both times I found the vehicles located in another state and experiences were great. First bought a 2018 Ford F150 and this time a 2019 Honda Civic. Both times I found the vehicles located in another state and had them transferred to our location in Mobile. The cost to transfer was way more this time but fuel prices have gone up too so it was expected. The 30 day warranty is a definite plus because it gives you time to drive it and make sure everything is working properly. They also offer extended warranty which is worth it to make sure you’re covered for expensive repairs if needed in the future. We have not had to use the extended warranty on the truck we purchased 5 years ago so can’t speak about how that would work. Prices were very reasonable on both purchases. Remano Campbell handled our paperwork this time and we were pleased with the process. We didn’t trade or finance so can’t share about that. Over all we’ve been very pleased with our purchases with CarMax. More
