It was a seamless experience. I made an appointment...Showed up 15 minutes early... Went over what was to happen and the estimated time to accomplish...The Seatbelt tensioner was I made an appointment...Showed up 15 minutes early... Car was NOT detailed at all and I was only given one key fob that doesn't even work. I was told that I would be given two key fobs and the price would be included in the final sale. Not True. Super disappointed that I have to now find and pay out of pocket for a complete detail when this should have been done in the first place. I found a dirty mask, coin purse, it was obviously driven by a smoker after I used Clorox wipes on the steering wheel and it about used a half container to remove the black gunk off of it. Cheetos in the crevices, tons of gunk. Fluids are low, brakes squeak, steering wheel knocks both R and L, Wipers need replaced, computer needs updates.... I asked for this to be completed prior to driving off of the car lot!!! Super Frustrating but I needed a car asap. I did haggle the price or give stress to the salesman. Come on, CarMax... DO BETTER!!!! More
