Was very excited when we purchased our new used vehicle. Went out grocery shopping that same weekend. Popped open the reach hatch and when we closed it, roof drain trim popped off the roof. Reinstalled, but during installation found hold down clips broken. Wife was not happy when she found out windshield washer fluid did not spray, can hear pump working. Found A/C system blowing a little low, removed glovebox and removed cabin air filter. Found filter full of pet hair, even though ac system was just serviced. Car is great, but makes me question what kind of vehicle inspections they perform. On top of all that, called to get these issues taken car of, now I have to wait 3 weeks just to get vehicle looked at. I understand they are used vehicles but need to pay a little more attention while doing inspections. Other than that, pretty happy with the vehicle. More

CarMax was wonderful to deal with, though there were hiccups between communication with the online team and in person sales associates, they got it figured out in time. When the transmission coolant line broke less than week after buying the car, they took care of everything under the warrantee. Now the car is fantastic and even though we had some hurdles, they took care of everything professionally. I will be buying future cars from them. More
