CarMax was wonderful to deal with, though there were hiccups between communication with the online team and in person sales associates, they got it figured out in time. When the transmission coolant lin hiccups between communication with the online team and in person sales associates, they got it figured out in time. When the transmission coolant line broke less than week after buying the car, they took care of everything under the warrantee. Now the car is fantastic and even though we had some hurdles, they took care of everything professionally. I will be buying future cars from them. More

The finance department was very unprofessional and unorganized. Carmax's motto is supposed to be a very simple and short process on buying their vehicles. It toke us 6 hours to purchase our 4Runner!
