I have two words for you-HENRY SANDLES! !! THIS man made our experience SO SMOOTH! At one point I was honestly ready to walk away from the sale. My son and I had been in several times and co !! THIS man made our experience SO SMOOTH! At one point I was honestly ready to walk away from the sale. My son and I had been in several times and couldn’t find a vehicle. Weeks later I’d found a vehicle online and had it shipped in, only to discover after taking it to my mechanic that it had front end issues. I still would love to have my money refunded for that transaction since the car was not in any condition to buy. At that point I had given up and continued looking online when I found the car we eventually bought and had it shipped in. The day we came in to purchase it we were shuffled around and treated rather poorly. I’m assuming it was because we were financing a portion of it and the 3 salesmen we were shuffled between didn’t seem interested in taking the time it obviously took to process our deal. We were made to wait for 30-40 minutes until finally being referred to Mr Sandles, who as I said, then saved the entire transaction. Although he said he had just recently been hired, he took the time to walk us through everything, got answer to every question we asked, and saw it through from beginning to end. The purchase took a long while, and he worked hard to help us through the process with grace, patience, and humor.
