Our new 2023 Subaru Ascent is a great vehicle, but weeks after purchasing the vehicle we are still waiting on a second key fob which we were promised from Albuquerque CarMax. No commination from CarMax and after purchasing the vehicle we are still waiting on a second key fob which we were promised from Albuquerque CarMax. No commination from CarMax and no communication from the contractor who was suppose to duplicated the fob. Poor customer service.
