CarShop - Chester Springs

I bought a used Kia a Sportage from Chester Springs on 6/17/22 but now I find out that by Winter Time I'm going to need new tires !! Not happy about that ? And wen I had to get the information needed from them about the car in order to provide full coverage for pick up I was given the wrong year of my car ,it wasn't until I received the Registration Card from Chester Springs in the mail that I saw that it was actually a 2018 Kia Sportage instead of a 2017 Kia Sportage that I had bought . I was Not shown how to use anything with the car either .I love my Kia Sportage but don't think it's Right that you buy a car and then a few months later have to buy tires for it !!! More

Last Friday, I walked from the service dept at the Car Shop Chester Springs site to the sales dept at the other end of the building once I learned the headgasket was going in my long-lived PRIUS C - which Shop Chester Springs site to the sales dept at the other end of the building once I learned the headgasket was going in my long-lived PRIUS C - which, btw, I had purchased from and had serviced at this same business-though it was called Car Sense then. Salesperson Landon Tilley was my hero in finding the right car with the right financing for me and later that afternoon, I drove home in a Subaru Impreza - that I have been happily toodling around in the past few days. For the time I had the Prius, I found the service department excellent and dependable and I plan to continue having my Impreza serviced at this site. More
