Best Shopping Experience Greg McCracken was the best! I was out to purchase my first SUV and he was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He lined up multiple options for test drives and really made sure I was well educated before I made my purchase. Ultimately I bought a GMC Terrain which is perfect. He worked to have it beautifully detailed, so much so that it’s still shiny in the snow. He also personally gave it an inspection while on a lift to make sure I was committing to the perfect vehicle. Greg is a busy salesman and never made me feel any less than his only customer. I’m in no rush to replace my Terrain but I can’t wait to buy my next car from Greg at Car Sense! I also want to say thank you to Lauren Hornak in finance for getting me an amazing rate and making sure I had the perfect warranty options available for my Terrain. WORST PLACE EVER CAR IS A LEMON. They did an oil change before we took the car (MAYBE) and put a bad seal back in so all the oil leaked out within 1 week. Now there CAR IS A LEMON. They did an oil change before we took the car (MAYBE) and put a bad seal back in so all the oil leaked out within 1 week. Now there is knocking in engine. A week after we bought it the front end shimmied every time we pressed even lightly on the brakes... warped rotors already, really???? We brought it back because we purchased the extra warranty - hmmm something should be covered yes (at the very least their mess up of putting in a stripped oil plug......??? NO nothing covered. They were so generous to offer changing the oil plug for free - I mean I should be super grateful right? Then we go to pick up the car - guess what gave it another oil change after we told them repeatedly to do nothing to the car we would take it to someone we trusted and now they want another $50 for a terrible oil change!!! AWFUL! HORRIBLE! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT THEM - THEY ARE JUST OUT TO RIP YOU OFF - DO NOT GO - DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPENSES PIECE OF **** TO DRIVE AROUND.
