I had a really good experience here. I had a lot of questions with my trade-in and all the title/registration paperwork and the staff was very helpful in explaining what we had to do and getting everyt questions with my trade-in and all the title/registration paperwork and the staff was very helpful in explaining what we had to do and getting everything taken care of. My only issue with the customer service was that I had to wait a very long time when I first went in. It was a Saturday, so that could have been an issue, but no one even checked in on us for what seemed like a very long time. More

Last September I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal. A week later the transmission would not shift out of second gear. I had the car towed back to Car Sense in Exton. It was sent to a Buick dealer to have the heated seat fixed, which didn't work when I purchased it. I asked the service person if they found the problem with the transmission. She told me they cleaned the Mass Air Flow Sensor. I told her that this sensor is no way related to the transmission problem & the problem would re-occur. Well, the day after I picked it up, the same thing. I broke down in Philly. I called Car Sense & demanded they give me a loaner. I was told that Car Sense does not give loaners. There was nothing they could do. I was told to take it to a Buick dealer and they would give me a loaner...NOT TRUE !!!The Buick dealer said that they have to verify that it is a warranty problem. My response to Car Sense was that I bought the car from Car Sense, not a Buick dealer. Again, Nothing we can do. I spoke to the salesman only to find out that he could care less...He made the sale. It is obvious that this dealership does not back-up what they sell. Customer satisfaction means nothing. I will never consider buying a car from this company again. I have have bought many new cars in my lifetime but never experianced anything like this. After this ordeal I was told in so many words "It's your problem now." More
I've only been driving this car since November 24th. I haven't yet needed any service work, but I will have future service work done there. Love the car! It's almost brand new . . . a 2012 with only 4,000 miles!! My sales rep was very friendly and accomodating, and all of the paperwork went very smoothly. The car was purchased for a very reasonable price with no haggling involved, and I got a very reasonable allowance for my trade-in. It looks like the inventory of used cars on the Car Sense lot is top notch. I hope to have a future of good experience with Car Sense, and I'll definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

Initial contact with Mike was made through the internet. Questions were answered immediately and the car I was interesting in was ready for a test drive upon my arrival at CarSense. The car I ourchased will be going back to Car Sense for a few minor repairs that were agreed upon at purchase and I anticipate a positive experience. I went to the Uchland Car Sense in September looking for a reliable, affordable, low mileage, used car. I chose Car Sense because I had previously purchased a 1996 Ford Contour that lasted for 10 years befo a reliable, affordable, low mileage, used car. I chose Car Sense because I had previously purchased a 1996 Ford Contour that lasted for 10 years before it was upgraded to a Mercury Sable. In that time, three other family members purchased cars at the dealership, all of which are still in service. With the help of Jim Farrell, who patiently let me have test drive after test drive with assorted family and friends, I fell in love with a 2010, cherry red, Ford Fusion. I have driven the car for 2 months and almost 3,000 miles and love it still. Financing was easy, the car looks brand new, no one except critical car buffs know it is used, and everyone loves the ride and design. Thank you Jim, and Car Sense. More
