The sales reps (in my case, Ryan King) seem to be genuinely interested in helping customers find the recent used vehicle that is right for the purchaser's needs and budget. There also seems to be a good inventory of product on hand. My only reason for just giving an "OK" for "quality" was that there were several fairly large upholstery spots on the seat of my car that more thorough detailing may or may not have been able to eliminate. Because I picked up a different vehicle than I test-drove, I did not see this until I got home. But, of course, I also recognize that it is a used car. Again, I would recommend Car Sense and Ryan King to others. In fact, I have already done so. This is the second purchase I have made through Car Sense. I found that at Car Sense, my experience was the opposite. Without the pressure of having to haggle back down to a reasonable price, it was a lot easier to get a deal done.
