I returned to see Jim Farrell after purchasing my truck from him 3 years ago. He is a great guy. Very honest and friendly. Jim called me and refused to mail it, but rather took a motorcycle ride at the end of his shift to my work, 90 minutes out of his way to personally give it to me. Just an example of how he takes care of his customers. If I decide to change vehicles in a few years I'll make sure I go back to Jim, if he hasn't retired by then!! More

very disappointed in that the vehicle sold to me had an active recall which i found by accident. I would have thought that the dealer during their inspection of the vehicle would routinely check for recall active recall which i found by accident. I had a great experience buying my car from carsense. Jim was friendly and very helpful. However, the car had a few things that needed to be fixed when I purchased it. They said they would call me when the p was friendly and very helpful. However, the car had a few things that needed to be fixed when I purchased it. They said they would call me when the parts came in, and they never did. When I finally called and scheduled a service appointment they didn't fix the ipod cable like promised and the car was a lot dirtier when I picked it up then it was when I dropped it off. So I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from carsense just make sure you don't have to use their service department for anything. More
