This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Car Sense in the past several years. After discussing the issue with the sales representative at the beginning of the following week, Car Sense went out of their way not only to address the issue, but to go above and beyond to insure that I was satisfied with the final terms of the sale. We had a great experience. After many months of research to find the SUV we wanted, we found it at Carsense. Our salesman, Ryan King, responded to my email inquiries about the car we were interested in ver to find the SUV we wanted, we found it at Carsense. Our salesman, Ryan King, responded to my email inquiries about the car we were interested in very quickly. The car had recently come on the lot and had not been detailed yet. When we test drove it, the car had some paint issues, a plugged tire, and the inside was very dirty. Ryan assured us that the entire vehicle would look brand new when we came to fill out the paperwork and if it wasn't how we wanted it, they would make it the way we wanted it. When we came to get the car, it was immaculate, paint was great, interior smelled and look almost new, and a new tire replaced the plugged one. We had great service, found the perfect car for our family and at the best possible price. More

He negotiated an interest rate lower than my bank and credit union offered. The trade in value of my car was in line with the Blue Book estimate. In all it was a very stress free, pleasant experience. I am waiting for an owner's manual and a second key which they have said they will contact me when the key is ready. Jim is a lay-back salesmen.He gets the basic information about what kind of car you are looking for and then steers you in the direction to look over the available stock. I left the dealership to go home and do some research on the vehicle, for price and vehicle performance, and was satisified that the vehicle was the one for me.I went back to car sense and sought out Jim and told him I wanted to look at the town and countries again. Hsaid to go right ahead and come and get him if I needed help. Ashort time later he came out and asked me what I thought. I found a later model Town and Country 2012 and asked to take it out for a test drive. he went to get a plate right away and I decided that I wanted that van but I needed my wifes info, he said no problem and locked in the vehicle for me till my wife returned home for the weekend.It took about an hour to secure the loan and do all the paperwork. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Car Sense and both times my experience was excelent. I have purchased the additional warranties with both vehicles and is well worth it.
