Good experience. The things that I found that weren't perfect (scratches and broken trim)were fixed to an acceptable level (fixed/repaired - but you not the 'like it was never there' you might want). Mind you it is a 6 yr old vehicle - the fact that they did anything is amazing. Most dealers would say - 'sorry- as is'. They score high scores for making it right. The salesman was a salesman - and cared more about commission than the customer - but overall one of the best vehicle buying experiences ever. More

I have been dealing with this location of Car Sense for the last 5 or 6 years, and have purchase Saturn Vues from them. They have always been great. Being a "road warrior", i am usually going in once a mon the last 5 or 6 years, and have purchase Saturn Vues from them. They have always been great. We had a very nice car buying experience at CarSense. We didn't have to run around to all sorts of dealers to compare models. The sales people were all very friendly and it was very low stress. We also took a few models on a test drive. Tony exceeded our expectations and we expected a good experience as we previously purchased a car at this location. He was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. We had such a good experience that we returned seven days later and purchased another vehicle from Tony. If you dislike the hassle and aggravation of purchasing a vehicle then this is this is the place to go and Tony is the guy to see (although everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful). More
