I found CarShop by accident, and I'm so glad I did! I was between appointments and in the market for a new car when I decided to stop in to look at a used Toyota Corolla. From there, they kept me informed throughout the inspection process, reassured me when I had concerns, and helped me make the financing process so much simpler! On purchase day, my sales reps Greg was unavailable - getting married! - they set me up with Tony. Tony was super knowledgeable about the electric vehicle I was purchasing, took additional steps to get my insurance set up, was friendly and relatable and informative, just top notch. I had a lot of concerns about my vehicle purchase, because there are so many nightmare stories about dishonest and predatory dealerships, but these folks took such good care of me.
