No pressure sales which was great. Also love that they search the best rate financing for you (so they say). They had the car that I wanted, which my regular dealership did not. Only two complaints: The five day return policy seems a little short. Unless you drive alot of miles daily, I feel like 5 days isn’t enough. Also - my vehicle only came with one key. I asked for a complimentary second key FOB but the best they could offer me was a 10% discount. If I’m spending $70k on a vehicle, I’d think they could comp one key FOB for a few hundred bucks. More
