What truly sets Nick apart is that he is the complete opposite of your typical car salesman. There was absolutely no pressure, no pushing me toward something I didn’t want, and no trying to get me to spend outside of my comfort zone or budget. He actually listened to what I wanted, respected my price range, and worked with me every step of the way to get me exactly what I was looking for at a price I was comfortable with. Beyond his professionalism, what impressed me the most was his patience and kindness. I had my children with me throughout the process, and anyone with kids knows that buying a car with children tagging along isn’t always the easiest experience. Nick was absolutely incredible with them! While we were waiting for paperwork and getting everything finalized, he was so friendly, understanding, and genuinely great with my kids. That alone meant more to me than he probably realizes. Not once did I feel rushed, pressured, or like I was just another sale. Nick made the entire experience feel personal, comfortable, and stress-free. He was extremely patient with every question, request, and concern I had, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much.
