I noticed a few things I wanted checked on the truck I was purchasing. He had the vehicle taken to a GM dealership and all issues were resolved. We have purchased a Dodge Durango, Mercedes CLA250 and most recently a Chevy Colorado Trail Boss. We are very satisfied. I was originally intending on “just” talking to an associate and test driving a few cars when I went to the CarShop, however upon learning more about their process and inventory I was sitting in four associate and test driving a few cars when I went to the CarShop, however upon learning more about their process and inventory I was sitting in four cars that fell comfortably within my budget and had even more amenities than I even imagined! The car we chose is perfect, but the process was educational and painless for us (and even fun!) Nick was very helpful and was knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure about one of our questions he quickly was able to find out the answer. At no point did we feel any pressure and the CarShop environment was welcoming and Nick was very hospitable (had snacks and drink available for us since we were missing dinner). The car we chose was a perfect fit! More
