I was originally intending on “just” talking to an associate and test driving a few cars when I went to the CarShop, however upon learning more about their process and inventory I was sitting in four associate and test driving a few cars when I went to the CarShop, however upon learning more about their process and inventory I was sitting in four cars that fell comfortably within my budget and had even more amenities than I even imagined! The car we chose is perfect, but the process was educational and painless for us (and even fun!) Nick was very helpful and was knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure about one of our questions he quickly was able to find out the answer. At no point did we feel any pressure and the CarShop environment was welcoming and Nick was very hospitable (had snacks and drink available for us since we were missing dinner). The car we chose was a perfect fit! More

Took my car in to inspected and they took good care of me. There was a code lit up on dash and I had no clue how to turn it off but John figured it out and I was truly grateful for his help. I viewed the dealership online and drove 2hours to check out a few cars. I met Tanner M when got there and he explained the whole process to me. Drove home in my dream car just a couple hours later. I was out a few cars. I met Tanner M when got there and he explained the whole process to me. Drove home in my dream car just a couple hours later. I was not given the second key fob because they couldn’t find it but we’re going to mail it to me when they did. I emailed to see if they had found it and they did not. I was told Carshop’s policy “ if Carshop only has one key, there’s only one key”. It is now my responsibility and expense to have another one made but they have a guy who will give me 10% off to do so. Lesson learned. More
