I was promised the key fob for the car to be cut before I signed the papers upon delivery of the car. This was not done. The quote for the key was also incorrect. I ended up having to order the service mysel signed the papers upon delivery of the car. This was not done. The quote for the key was also incorrect. I ended up having to order the service myself and spent twice as much money as I was quoted. It’s my fault for taking them at their word and lesson learned on buyer beware.
