Had a wonderful experience with Collin, I had two requirements- a third row with 2nd row captains chairs, and under 60,000 miles was able to get approved before making the drive out there and was abl requirements- a third row with 2nd row captains chairs, and under 60,000 miles was able to get approved before making the drive out there and was able to see the car as soon as I got there, everything went smoothly and I was on my way home in about an hour and a half! As a mom of 3 I did not have time to sit in a dealership and was being denied or given high down payment requirements on top of my trade In. Carshop was able to get me a 23 Acadia with low miles with just my trade in and a completely doable payment! Cannot thank Collin and CarShop enough! Our new car ‘Luna’ came with a new inspection, fresh tires, brakes, fluids and passed my personal mechanics look over! We are happy and highly recommend CarShop for anyone looking to upgrade their ride! More

I was promised the key fob for the car to be cut before I signed the papers upon delivery of the car. This was not done. The quote for the key was also incorrect. I ended up having to order the service mysel signed the papers upon delivery of the car. This was not done. The quote for the key was also incorrect. I ended up having to order the service myself and spent twice as much money as I was quoted. It’s my fault for taking them at their word and lesson learned on buyer beware. Make sure you have everything in place before you sign. Any documents with Carshop. More
