I had a quite excellent experience at CarShop South Brunswick. This stands in contrast to my prior car buying experience at a VW dealership. I am not easy to please regarding car purchases. Specifica Brunswick. This stands in contrast to my prior car buying experience at a VW dealership. I am not easy to please regarding car purchases. Specifically I dealt with Ian Simmonds. I called initially to ask if the car was still available. While it was technically available, at that moment it was out on a test drive. I asked a few basic diagnostic questions about the car which Ian answered with ease. The car was not sold to that test drive buyer and became available. I did something I have never done based upon Ian's detailed description of the how nice the car was, I put down a deposit on the car site unseen. Two days later I was able to have a look at the car. It was fair and accurate to the described condition (in the excellent state Ian described). The shopping experience was excellent and very good. It took a bit longer than I would have liked, but that worked out fine. There was an option to purchase added warranty coverage for the car (which I declined). Because this was at the end of the day we decided to go to a restaurant very close to CarShop. We got a ride in a golf cart to the restaurant. It was a great experience and the car was sweet!. . I was not satisfied with my visit there the appraisal tech was fixated on devaluing my trade the car I wanted was 5000.00 over Kelly blue book there was no deal to be made I also felt very uncomfortable tech was fixated on devaluing my trade the car I wanted was 5000.00 over Kelly blue book there was no deal to be made I also felt very uncomfortable when I had the tech a salesman and a tranee sitting at the table I felt as if I was being ganged up on.
