Our Finance Managers might strongly encourage a customer to purchase a warranty, especially in situations where, for example, it is a 9-year-old less expensive electric car with over 87k miles on it. However, they would never force anyone to purchase a warranty. Your concerns are very important to us, and we would like to address them with you personally.
